First of all thanks to everyone that made MHM V such an awesome event! As Corey would say it was “perfect”! I made a lot of new friends and it was great seeing some folks I hadn’t talked to in a very long time. I’m looking forward to helping as many folks as I can reach their goals in this fantastic business.
Having positioned myself in this business over the years as someone interested in small to medium sized communities, once in a while I get word from owners that are ready to sell. Usually the property never hits the market.
