I am looking at purchasing a park that has a lot of notes on the homes in the park. I want the park, but I don’t want to hold all these notes, too. Does anyone know where to look for buyers of these kinds of notes? The homes behind the notes are newer (2000’s and up). I know there are quite a few people on this site who buy smaller volumes of notes, but this is would be a very large purchase ($millions). Are there banks out there that will buy these? Or other private buyers? What kind of discount do notes usually sell for?
