Hello fellow forumers, I was having lunch last week with another trailer tycoon and he mentioned he’s seeing a trend of MHP’s converting some of their empty lots into RV hook-ups due to the influx of transient construction-type of workers who need a place to temporarily stay while they work.
I thought it was a pretty good way to fill a lot without a large investment.
My MHP lots available have both electrical pedestals and poles and I’m wondering if anyone has ideas about this concept, difficulties, tips, or roadblocks. All suggestions awesomely welcomed, thanks -james
