Can someone tell me how to figure out what to buy to change the doorknobs? Or provide some other method to lock out the evicted tenant, pretty please.
I’ve got the same situation with RVs where I need to lock them up until the landlord lien is done and I can resell the unit.

Why not. Just make sure you give proper notice… certified to cover yourself and file eviction immediately. Have all paper work at the park to show proof you are going by the book.
