Marketing Self-Storage Units

I have a park with about 25/40 self-storage units full and I have never had to fill this kind of asset up.

Can anyone please give me options for marketing to fill these up?

I was thinking local paper, craigslist, maybe Facebook too. But I’m not sure these would be effective for finding self-storage tenants. Any insight would be appreciated.

With Facebook you can target market within X miles of the property. I’d be tempted to start there. If you want to get some exercise in, you could door hang specific neighborhoods that would be likely candidates (or direct mail them postcards).

Never done it, but that’s where I’d likely start.
