I am wondering if there is a ballpark price range for off-site managers who manage mobile home communities? Does it vary by the size of the park? This is for pretty much full-service management. The on-site managers don’t do much but act as a go-between on occasion. I have seen 5% on some listing sheets from larger brokers, but that seems low for some smaller parks. Any input is appreciated.
