I am doing due diligence on a park that I am about to put a contract on ( first park). The park has 55 lots that vary in size. Example 60 X 55 and 100 X 50. How do you determine the size of the mobile home that can go on a particular lot? Does it vary by city code? What are the standards?

I completely agree with Steve-WA. We experience different standards in Texas for different cities. Our parks in West Texas only require 3’ from the curb and 10’ between homes. In the Dallas area it has to be 15’ between homes. In some cities you must contact the city and have them approve the home placement prior to securing the home to the ground.
Each city is different!
