We are in the Midwest and entertaining retirement. We own 6 small mobile home parks. They are well run and in good shape; another words not a fire sale. One of the parks is our home base and we live on the grounds. Sale would include our home, shop and all equipment to include mowers, service truck, excavator and skid steerer and many tools. We do own 90% of the doors as well. All parks have separate water meters.
