We’re looking for an experienced deal analyst to work with our company on underwriting new acquisitions. Ideally, you’re already familiar with the Cash Flow Portal (CFP) underwriting tool, but we’re also open to analysts who use their own proven underwriting models or software.
We are Jetsetter Capital (https://jetsettercapital.com/) and we focus on mobile home communities, RV parks, and campgrounds in the Southeast. We’re looking for someone who can:
Build or review detailed financial models (NOI, IRR, cash‑on‑cash, sensitivity, etc.)
Stress‑test assumptions and provide clear written feedback on risk and upside
Work with us on an ongoing, deal‑by‑deal basis
