My name is Jordan and I’ve worked in the property management world my whole life. I have over ten years in residential accounting experience as well as experience in working directly under property owners helping them manage the many day-to-day operations that come with property management.
This last year I have extended my expertise into the world of mobile home parks, and I am seeking new clients who are looking to take much of the minutiae off of their plate! I offer services ranging from standard bookkeeping and payables, to processing new residents and evictions, to pricing and organizing home maintenance and property and loan insurance. I’ve got experience managing POHs and I am adaptable to any company structure you may have for your park. I’ve utilized tons of property management software including Rent Manager, Quickbooks, and Zego, and I take to new programs very quickly.
