Howdy, I am looking for parks in these states: TX (primary), OK, AR, IA, MO, (maybe KS)
I know no deal is perfect but this is what I’m looking for

of Lots: 20 lot min. prefer 40-80 lots
- MSA: 50k+ pop
- Town: 5-7.5k+ pop
- Walmart within 20 mins (closer the better)
- Prefer some POH’s (15%+) (not necessary)
- Prefer 10%+ cap rate
- Req. not a one employer town
