I’m planning on bringing some new homes into my park. I would would be paying cash for them.
My goal is sell with a third party lender providing the loan to the home owner.
Has anyone done this with Triad or Northpoint? (or some other lender)
What was your experience? Any tricks or traps?

“Green State” lends in Iowa / northern states area.

I have scoured and found very little that can do chattel loans and 21st Mortgage can only work with parks that have 50 spaces or more. 
Heard “Credit Human” can lend but only on grade A loans.
