Anyone doing Lonnie deals in So Cal? I’m so sorry I had to miss both the free Lonnie teleseminar and the MOM weekend, but I’m NOT going to miss the Mobile Home Millions serminar in March. Just put a house into escrow today, so should have money by the end of February. Anyone doing 1031’s into MH’s classified as real estate for tax purposes? If so, any major problems or differences from SFR’s?
