Just bought a 150 lot park near Arrowhead Stadium.
The location requires a lot of infrastructure and home work. This includes roads, sewer, electrical, lights, landscaping, amenities, home tear down, home repair, installation of new homes…
We are scrambling to find contractors in the area. Does anyone have any recommendations or would be interested?

If we are talking about the same park. We were in contract and dropped it because there were some major issues on it. Feel free to pm me.
I passed on that park as well due to the high water rates. It has good bones though.
