We are working on putting a deal together for the expansion of an existing park in a major metro in New Mexico. Our current partnership team is very experienced with over 30 years building, operating and infilling parks in the Rocky Mountain region.
Parks is around 100 existing pads, the city has entitled the expansion of an additional 150 pads for a total of 250 pads. We’ve contracted a very experienced professional design firm to develop the site plan and have a plan which incorporates modern amenities and optimal lot sizes. Park has good frontage access to a major road and is located near many employees. Park will be an all-ages 3+ star park upon completion.
