I am looking for someone who might be interested in investing in my desire to open a brand new mobile home park, near Binghamton New York.The deal is that you would have a 60% stake in the company (with a provision of where I can buy or sell out.) This mobile home park will have at least three income sources - rent, electric, and perhaps produce (ask me more).
