My wife and I own 138 1/4 to 1/3 acre lots in a nice retirement village in Northern Arkansas Zoned R-1 MH. We have 75 % of the sub-division which now only has two nice double-wides in the whole sub-division. They are both on double lots. Water, electricity and high speed internet are already there. There are roads, which will be improved by the city once development starts. Both homes have a good chip’n seal road. There are two nice golf courses, 7 lakes, tennis, swimming pools, senior clubs and more.
We are looking to learn how to make the best out of our investment. We are both now retired. We are looking for a partner to help develop our lots into a MHP or someone interested in buying from us with owner financing.
We are willing to learn.
