Looking for $300,000 investment for down payment on large park in Midwest. 100% occupied. Open to equity stake and high % rate on money. Would like option to buy back equity after investor is paid back. Any advice? This is my first contracted park. I own other investment properties.

Will give you more information next week. Owner had a major medical setback. I need to get it under contract fully, which I was planning to have happen this week.
