Have a 25 lot park with half tenant owned and half park owned homes. No city water or sewer, mostly older homes not on pads, aging water and septic infrastructure. Good news is it’s in a high rent area with the park owned homes bringing in $1100-$1300\month. Park rent is $400. Looking for an appraiser in the local area familiar with mobile home parks to give us a realistic number before we move forward. Thanks!
