MY wife and I filed our llc and are trying to figure out what to call ourselves, mostly on paperwork. Is “pres” and “vice pres”. or just both know as “managing member” or “director of aquisitions” Any ideas? What do you folks use

Depending on the state requirements and what type of LLC it is would determine the officers title(s).
IE: is the LLC a corporation or partnership?
In California a corporation need only a Secretary (keeper of the corp records) and a Treasurer (keeper of corp accounting/books), they could be both held by one person. If the LLC is a partnership then member and managing member would be the titles, the managing member is the responsible party.
