Please correct me if I am wrong… Frank and Dave have this setup:1. Each park (the land) has its own LLC.2. Frank and Dave have POHs in several States, but all those POHs are owned by only 1 LLC.3. An S-Corp manages all their LLCs.Here are my questions:1. If the park (land) is in say Ohio, then is it best to use an Ohio LLC for that park?2. If you have MHs in several states, and you want to own all those MHs in only 1 LLC, then which State’s LLC is the best?3. One S-Corp manages everything.
