Lien transfer when buying a MH note

Anyone with experience on how to transfer liens as part of a note purchase? When we buy homes from Greentree, et al, they normally do a repo and get title in their name, then we buy the home from them, but in this case the lien holder is a smaller entity and it seems easier just to buy the note from them. Want to make sure the lien is transferred properly. We are in Ohio.
