Liability waiver

I have a subcontractor without liability insurance. Can he sign a liability waiver and that protect me?

I don’t think so.

I would never ever let any contractor work on any property I have if they do not have liability and WC insurance.

I would not take the chance even if they did work for the previous owner for 50 years.

Check the yellow pages for alternatives. YP.com
