Hi Real Estate family, which are best local lenders for MHPs in Amarillo Texas? Thank you in advance

Hey, I own a park in Canyon and I am pretty well known in the mobile home space in Amarillo.

I will tell you this right now, there is NOBODY in Amarillo lending on MHPs right now. It has been very unfortunate. There are only about 3 big banks that do this stuff and they all stopped earlier this year.

My park was actually the last deal any of those banks did back in February of 2023.

Anything in Amarillo or the surrounding areas will likely have to be cash unless you can convince a credit union which I have tried.

It is a small deal 13 Lots in total , eight of them are occupied.
