Looking for a lender for a small town Oklahoma. Banks do not seem to like these but I have been successful with apartments and there is demand for mobile home parks. I have also invested in parks before. Total deal size is @ $400K and I can put down 20%.
Call the banks you have money with already— relationships are everything right now
Reach out to small local banks or credit unions, don’t forget the bank that currently holds the parks account.
