Question for the group, given how difficult it is to build new or expand existing MH communities, what kind of valuation would you expect to see per acre for vacant land that’s zoned for MH and located in a desirable location?
I’m sure the answer varies based on the specific location but I’m wondering if there’s a genera rule of thumb or perhaps an industry standard premium that can applied to land comps in the area?
