Hello all,
Recently, my interest has been peaked by Mobile Home Parks and the investment opportunity they present. I have been able to read through this forum and have seen more pertinent information than I have been able to find to date.
I was hoping somebody could point me in the right direction concerning literature, publications, etc., to research on the front end that will give me a better idea on what exactly I need to learn so I can effectively examine or evaluate a deal.
I am on the very front end of this and any advice would be greatly appreciated.
