After we evicted some tenants we were overwhelmed with the amount of stuff left in their trailer, shed and behind the fences. We were counting up how many dumpsters it would take at $350 a whack and came up with about 4 or 5.
I suggested to the manager to try running some kind of free ad in Craigslist and this is what she came up with,
