I have the opportunity to buy my first MFP. It seems like a good deal, but I have had no training on such things. I plan to attend the bootcamp in March. I need a little advice. This mobile home park has 15 lots with park owned mobile homes on them. The homes are mostly 60-70’s models. The park also has 14 self storage units. It sits on 4 acres and is near a lake. The seller is willing to do seller financing and is asking $149,000. The park looks a little run down to me and in dire need of cleanup. How do I decide if this is a good deal? Thanks
