We have been looking at a very nice MHP in South East GA with very good upside.
Most research already completed
We are close so management would not be a problem. Currently NO park owned homes, lot rent over $200.
We are looking for either a loan on the difference or to sell equity in the park. Equity could either be held for dividends and/or sold back to us at a later time.
