Does anyone have any experience or an opinion on investing money with Vintage Capital.? The owners are Ian Fisher, and Brad Johnson

They do syndicates with several investors on 1 property. They also have funds which is across several properties.

I think Brad used to be with park street partners (if it’s the same guy). Don’t know him personally and have never invested with him but I know I’ve heard him on podcasts going back 10 years or so. Certainly not a new person to the industry but beyond that I don’t have anything to contribute

Have you invested in a syndicate or fund with Any positive feedback? What type of lawyer would be recommended for vetting the contract details?

I was looking for a podcast I heard on how to vet syndicators (couldn’t find it) but you should be able to get some good info on YouTube.

I invested with Park Street Partners in the past. For me, I would never again consider investing money in something Brad Johnson was operating.

Yes there is tons of info online. Just wanted a reliable from this form

Thanks for feedback. I know both these guys are Frank Rolfe trained, but haven’t had any experience with either
