I work for the ownership group of a park in North Carolina. We are trying to get internet set up in the park for our tenants, mostly likely set up so we can bill back the cost to them. I need ideas, for that area, on who to use, how you work it, what is set up like, cost etc?

We did it as a value add on some multi-tenant properties for years. It helped for a long time. We could leverage $200/mo internet over 40 units. Saved them from having to buy a $30-$50/mo/unit account.
We used all Meraki equipment, but I’d likely use Ubiquiti these days. Not positive since I really haven’t used their stuff. It just seems good. Meraki is rock solid. Zero maintenance, but not cheap. Higher end equipment got speedy. Cisco owned now.

Can you clarify what you mean by WiFi? Basic internet service made available to your tenants? Wireless internet access throughout the park?
Without any additional details to go on, your tenants should have at least the following options:
Dial-up-Modem, with a telephone land-line, one could use a dial-up-modem (albeit not the best choice)
