Do you believe this is a service that I can offer to the park managers and park owners, or should I focus on individual homeowners? Also, do you think this service would be helpful to both park owners and homeowners?

Getting them painted in addition to the power washing would be of value. Nothing fancy… speed tape and spray.

I would stick with park owners. Avoid working for tenants unless you get cash upfront
