Hi guys. I am a Property Manager that has managed properties in the past(6-7 years). Currently I am unemployed because the last MH owner I worked with filed Bankruptcy and the Loan Company recalled the whole loan and of course the MH owner could not make the payment so he lost the property. He did other wonderful things like not pay the electric bill, etc, etc. He has lost his other properties so there is no work available. I am currently looking for work and live in Indiana. If anyone has help in this area or referrals or could give me some advice. Seems like no one is hiring currently and there are lots of MH communities for sale. Would appreciate any advice…
