My Grandpa began investing in Mobile Home Parks in the mid 1970’s, selling his first “built from the ground up” park in 1988. During many of these years, my Uncle and I worked right along side him. My Grandpa is still alive, but beginning to slow so we have assumed the day to day running of the business. One of our largest goals is to once again grow the business through the purchase of multiple parks.
