I am an experienced general contractor in the home improvement and residential construction industries, located in california. I think the mobile home industry is very promising, not only because of the income from the spaces but also because of the rental of the mobile homes and the benefits that can be obtained through the HOA. Could someone kindly share how they got started in this industry?
Hi, I am in the same boat and not sure how much I can offer. Although, there is boot camp scheduled in Jan 2023 [(Jan 13-15, 2023)]which I think would be a great place to begin our journey within MHP space. Let me know if you would be interested in attending and both of us can attend.
