Any positive or negative thoughts from people who actually own or have owned parks in Illinois?
Looked at a couple parks there with my sister to run and manage. Where we looked rents were really really low- both for pads, apartments and homes. She told me different areas though have higher rents. We walked away from the two we were looking at- but that is not to say there aren’t better options there.
