I have been studying the fundamentals but I want some guidance from those of you with more experience. I am wondering about the best way to find good deals. Should I focus on individual homes or is it better to invest in mobile home parks?? Also; what are some common mistakes I should avoid as a beginner?
Also I am curious about financing. How did you fund your first deals? Any tips for securing loans or working with investors??
