Today I closed on selling my first park. My partner bought out my share of the deal. It is really nice depositing a big ol check at the bank.
What a great learning experience it has been since I bought the park 1.5 years ago. Thanks to everyone on the forums for your help. Especially Frank and Dave and their killer bootcamps that are so helpful.
Now I’m going to go get me another park here hopefully very soon. I’m looking for a 20-50 space park. Something that needs TLC is fine with me. If anyone knows of something that might interest me please let me know. I’d appreciate it.
