I just joined the thread…My name is Jodi. I own 8 mobile homes in Pinellas Florida right now and am adding every months…I turn each home into a 3 bedroom unit usually by enclosing the patio…i then rent out rooms…500.00 a month 250.00 security…i supply furnishings, utilities and cable TV…I am netting at least 5600.00 a month now as my expenses, lot rent etc…never exceed 750.00…ROOM RENTALS ARE IN HIGH DEMAND IN FLORIDA (i have a wait list)…great business.
