I am willing to learn all I can to help create value for you, your team and your goals. I do have some powder ready to deploy but would love to find an off market, seller financed deal
I was in contract for a park in IL (40 space) but decided not to buy as there was an issue with the septic system in the park.
Over the past year and a half I have consumed all the MHP podcasts I can find and am currently in Franks boot camp. So far we have a SFH, two MTR’s, and small slice as an LP, Yay! I have a young family so the motivation is ramping up more than ever before.
I’m from North Carolina, and would like to target NC,TN,SC, MD(SE & mid altlantic) I like the midwest, and have family in Washington state and Idaho.
I’m open to anywhere honestly.

My name is Rudy. I currently live in Seattle but looking to move to NC. Looking for MHP’s in any landlord friendly state. Currently skip traced S. Carolina and Utah. Very interested in NC. Previous partner who was looking with me went into a different business so I’m looking to pair up with others as I look for MHPs that fit my buy box. I’m good with underwriting, evaluation and operations. But need help with outreach and cold calling. This would also be my first park. I took Frank’s course and am enrolled in Mario Datillo’s coaching program. I have cash but need go in with some others to buy anything worthwhile.
