I am moving to Louisiana this summer to start doing real estate full time in the South. I am new to the MHP business a little about me I am graduating with my MBA in May from Colorado.
I am looking for a primarily TOH MHP that I can purchase with 20+ pads, and will look at 10+ pads if the right deal.
