I am supposed to close in 10 days on my park in Ohio so I shall soon be living there. There is one space in the community that will only take a small SW or short DW. My idea is to buy a nice 2/2 or 2/1.5 for me to live in while I’m there and then sell it when I move out of the community. A couple of the local dealers are only too happy to sell me a home but I don’t feel like paying their marked up price in addition to the moving cost.
Where in Ohio should I begin looking for a used/repoed home? Any suggestions you have are most welcome.
