Hi everyone!
I’m new to mobile home park investing but have been focused on self storage investing. Right now, my email, my website, my LLC and overall brand is a self storage related.
I’m thinking that it’s best to start a new LLC, brand, website, etc that is focused on mobile home parks and thinking of transitioning over to either a general, (something) Capital Partners… or something specifically related to mobile home parks.
Curious what some of you have done and if you feel like it’s best to have a general brand ie. (… Capital Partners) or more focused on mobile home parks.
