We are growing rapidly and our asset manager is overwhelmed. Anyone able to PM some typical pay rates for workcampers? Free lot or home rent and $??? per month. 50 lot parks with clubhouses, some mowing and general maintenance will be required. I am also not opposed to giving small ownership amounts in lieu of higher pay. Any examples for me?
