I am a first time MHP buyer and have run into a park in a great location, but the park has multiple RV trailers on mobile home pads. The park also has multiple mobile homes mixed in and some vacant pads. Any advice on this would be greatly appreciated!
Question 1: Has anyone else dealt with this while purchasing a park and if so, is there any value on the RV trailers at all in terms of determining the purchase price?
