Help on MHP plan (really long)

Scott,

Wow! What a lot of work! You out did me on your details of your turn

around plan. I hope you get a response from one of the experts in this

group. I posted mine here a few days ago and have received no input.

I’ve been a little puzzled by that fact.

At any rate, my questions are as follows.

  1. Why would your work so hard?

  2. As bad is the park I posted, your makes mine look pretty good!

  3. Do you have a really motivated seller?

  4. That is one of my problems, according to the broker they won’t go

below $210K.

  1. Even if I had all cash, the return doesn’t warrant the investment to risk!

I guess my biggest question for you is again, why all the hard work?
