Hello fellow park owners.
I have about 14k in my IRA, (not much I know but I want to grow it quick). THe rules won’t allow me to invest it in my own park where I could double that in a year two years. So I am looking to invest with another park owner who is responsible, HONEST (been down the road of dishonesty too many times so be prepared to give references and proof).
I need to get at least 15% interest per annum on any investment so if anyone has anything out there please contact me at tc4gold@gmail.com
In the meantime I am still looking for investors to put homes in my park, have three buyers waiting for us to provide homes.
