An associate of mine is about to close on a property and will have approx. $1.4mm to reinvest into an MHP or two.
Don’t have a timeline that starts the 45-day clock, yet. Or any other details at this time.
We’d like to get ahead of the time constraint BEFORE we close.
Anyone know of any parks where we can add value?
