Has anyone dealt w/21st mortgage co

Hello,

I was looking for some repo homes in the North MS area and when I looked on the website for 21st mortgage I noticed that they own the park that they are listing their repo homes in.

Has anyone ever seen this before?

My plan was to contact them and see what type of financing they were in fact offerring and also to see if I get could get the prices of the homes down.

Any advise in dealing with 21st mortgage would be greatly appreciated.

21st Mortgage refurbishes and retails their repos.

Karl (OH) from Cincinnati does quite a few 21st mortgage deals both in helping them find buyers for which he receives a commision and as I understand it he buys from them as well as may be using 21st to finance other deals to his end buyer.

You may find some posts by him that go into greater detail.
